5 Must Try Healthy Recipes

If y'all are like me, deciding that you want to prepare and eat healthier recipes
is not the hard part. The hard part comes when everyone is hungry and you
are searching your pantry and refrigerator for something to serve. Or, you are
standing in the grocery store with no idea what to buy.

I spent some time over the past couple of days searching for recipes to share
that are healthy, and have no ingredients that I have never heard of. Have you
ever had that problem? You sit down to research healthy recipes, or you go to
a book store and pick up a healthy cook book, and most of the recipes have
many, many ingredients, and have several that I have no idea what they are
talking about. Going grocery shopping is hard enough without searching the
aisles for items that you have never heard of.

Here are some recipes that I will be making in the coming days. I will be making
a list and heading to the store either today or tomorrow to buy what we need.

(I will add grilled/diced chicken to this.)

If you are starting to meal plan for your next grocery run, maybe you will want to
add some of these dinner ideas to your menu.

I didn't film a workout video for today. No excuse other than I just wasn't
inspired to do it. I never want to make a video when I am "faking it" so
I apologize if anyone was hoping to see a workout today.

  1. If a recipe has too many ingredients it is definitely a no go! It has to be things I am familiar with. With me working full time it needs to be fairly quick and easy. These all sound delish!
