Tasty Tuesday

Operation pretend the weather feels like fall is officially underway.

I've been pulling out my fall decor and deciding what goes where. In addition to 
decorating, I've been burning fall candles, and enjoying these muffins. I made them 
last year too and now they have become the perfect addition to my fall routine.

This is one of the easiest recipes I've ever made. Not only is it easy, it's delicious too.

I want to share it with you today so you can enjoy pumpkin spice muffins too!

Last year I made them with golden raisins... 

( Thankfully, I can also see a big improvement in picture quality since I took 
this picture last year! )

This year, I switched up my add in ingredient from raisins to white chocolate chips.


       1 box of Spice Cake mix

1 can of pumpkin

1 cup white chocolate chips

3/4 cup water

( I also added cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and nutmeg to my muffin batter. )

 You can add in almost anything you like. Some ideas might be adding golden raisins,
regular raisins, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, walnuts, pecans,
or anything else you might enjoy. You can also leave them plain if you'd prefer.

Simply mix all ingredients together and bake in a 350 degree oven until cooked through.

The recipe makes 18 muffins.

You could also top these with cream cheese frosting to create pumpkin spice cupcakes 

There you have it. A super easy, incredibly versatile recipe that can be enjoyed for
breakfast, for a snack, or even as a dessert. You choose!
