June To Do's


Happy Wednesday, and Happy June 1st!

I want to step out on a limb and set some intentions for the new month.

I tried to keep my list fairly simplified to set myself up for a month of success,
rather than a month of "maybe I'll do better next month."

Here are my intentions for this month...




To Do List:


1.   cardio at least 3 times each week

2.  yoga 3 times each week

3.  strength train 3 times each week

4.  make homemade ice cream

5.  visit a 'new to us' restaurant as a family

6.  visit my parents

7.  go swimming 

8.  learn more/use more natural cleaners & beauty products
