Full Body Circuit { Workout Wednesday }

Have you ever had one of those weeks when you're not sure what happened, or how, 
but all of a sudden, you catch your breath, turn around, and find out that it is 
already Wednesday?

That is exactly what has happened to me this week. I had no intention of skipping 
workouts on Monday and Tuesday, but somehow, I realize it is now Wednesday
and I've got some catching up to do!

It seems like the perfect time to create a quick, 30 minute, full-body, fat
blasting workout.

All you need is a quick warm up, and this workout, and you will find yourself
right back on track for the week! If you want to, you can even repeat this exact 
workout again on Friday or Saturday.

If you need a more advanced workout, you can go through each group of exercises three 
times and the workout will take you about 45 minutes. 

Remember, warm up for 5 to 10 minutes before beginning this circuit, and make sure to
leave a few minutes after the workout to stretch. 

Give this workout a try and finish this month strong!
